Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Fridays at Clocktower Music at 676 Laurel St. San Carlos, Ca.
Thursday via Zoom.
Ages 10 and up.
$55 per 1/2 hour
$110 per hour
Teaching Experience
I’ve been playing the guitar for 35 years and teaching full time for 20. While in my early teens I studied with George Hanepen, a local guitar player whose teaching emphasized reading, theory, and improvisation. After high school I studied at the College of San Mateo. In 1988 I began working for From The Heart Music, an after school music program based in San Mateo. During this time I was working with as many as 60 students a week, often in group settings with students of varying levels of experience. Since 2001 I’ve been teaching out of Clocktower Music in San Carlos. The types of music I love the most are classic rock, Americana roots music, jazz, blues, folk and country.
Financials
Please send a payment at the first lesson of the month for all the scheduled lessons of the month. Payment is only for the lessons the student plans on coming to. Payment can be cash, check, PayPal, or Venmo. If using PayPal please send as a “friend” so I avoid fees.
Cancellation Policy
Please give me a 24 hour notice to cancel a lessons. With the 24 notice the student has the opportunity to reschedule a lesson within the month. When I cancel a lesson the paid lesson rolls over into the next month.
Group Classes
Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday evenings 6:15-7:15
Classes run 8 weeks.
$300
